Ok – so I was a total sceptic but after seeing all the feedback on Facebook and needing to lost 15kg* I thought I would give it a go. And I am so glad I did! They arrived 2 days after I ordered and not only do the smoothies taste delicious, but 7 days after following your plans I have lost 1.5kg.  This is the first time I have been able to follow a ‘diet plan’ and I love the healthy eating approach and the way no food groups are cut out. They tick all the boxes: tasty, easy to make, filling, reasonably priced, full of good stuff and did I already say tasty? it’s great that you don’t have to add extras anymore (aside from the fruit) and they feel substantial as you are drinking them.
